The Model
Like Uber democratized personal drivers, VersAssist democratizes having a competent, AI-capable team. We recruit offshore talent, train them on AI tools and workflows, and deploy them to businesses at rates that make growth economically viable.
The result: business owners who were stuck as solopreneurs can suddenly afford the team they need to grow. Operations, administration, content, outreach - the tasks that consume a founder's time can be handled by a trained team member at a fraction of domestic cost.
Structure
VersAssist LLC is co-owned by Jeff Bullock (70%) and Mike Olaiya (30%). Jeff handles strategy, AI training methodology, and client acquisition. Mike handles operations and team management on the delivery side.
Why It Matters
