Dr. Jeff Bullock
I spent 18 years at CVS Health - from pharmacy clerk to district leader at a Fortune 10 organization. It taught me systems thinking, pressure management, and how to serve people under impossible constraints. In 2021, I walked away to build something different. When AI arrived, I saw something bigger.
I founded PRISM AI Consultants in June 2023 to help business leaders implement AI - not as a buzzword, but as a real operational tool. Since then, I have personally coached business leaders across more than 750 coaching sessions on making AI work for their specific situations.
But this site is not about PRISM. This is my personal library, the proof of what happens when you use AI as a force multiplier across every creative and intellectual domain you care about. Seventeen books (nine published, eight in progress). Fifteen playable games and interactive experiences. A 19-track concept album. Four original research frameworks. A sitcom pilot. Two companies. And an AI agent system with 34 autonomous agents.
I also serve as Chair of Engagement for the African American Business Leaders Council of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber. That seat is where the second mission stops being a thesis and becomes a city I can actually move.
I did not build all of this alone. I built it with AI. And that is the point.

A mission that stays a mission is a hobby. The AABLC is where mine gets tested at city scale. The council exists to lead economic empowerment and recognize excellence in the African American business community, and as Chair of Engagement I lead the Events Committee, the calendar that decides who gets in the room and what happens when they do.
The thesis is simple. AI collapsed the cost of starting a real business, so the barrier is no longer capital or credentials, it is knowing where the doors are. So we build the doors. The Black-Owned Business Directory makes it easy to find and spend money with Black-owned businesses across the Lehigh Valley, which keeps the dollar circulating instead of leaving on the first pass.
