The Lehigh Valley Free Money Finder is a free tool for small nonprofits. It looks in three places most small nonprofits never check.
What it checks
- Money you may be owed. Pennsylvania Treasury holds unclaimed property, and nonprofits are owed some of it too. A person searches by hand and shows you how to claim it. Claiming from the state is free.
- Programs you do not have to compete for. Some programs are open to any eligible nonprofit that applies and qualifies, such as free search ads, discounted software, a state sales tax exemption and nonprofit postage rates.
- Local grants coming up. Community, bank, utility and corporate foundations in the Lehigh Valley and Pennsylvania, each with the amount and deadline in the funder's own words.
Every program links to the funder's own page, and the sources are re-checked every morning.
